Base Salary: £25,000

We are a leading provider of vehicle tracking and field service management solutions, is seeking a 2G Sunset Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience by providing proactive support, building strong client relationships, and addressing any challenges effectively and professionally. You will play a key role in customer retention and operational success whist we migrate our customer base from older 2G equipment to new 4G tracking solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Reaching or exceeding daily outbound call & engineer booking targets.
• Maintaining detailed and accurate data records on our internal systems.
• Testing installation of new equipment with our engineers over the phone.
• Managing daily case volume and ensure consistent follow-up.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with urgency, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone and email.
• Accurately processing equipment service and accessory orders.
• Handling channel escalations efficiently and professionally
