We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Asset and Compliance Manager to lead the strategic management of our Estates and Facilities assets, statutory compliance programmes, and digital asset management systems.
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for ensuring the University meets its statutory, regulatory, and legal obligations across the estate. You will provide assurance that our buildings, infrastructure, and engineering systems remain safe, compliant, sustainable, and fit for purpose, protecting our students, staff, visitors, and the organisation.
As the University's lead for asset management and statutory compliance, you will develop and deliver a digitally enabled asset management strategy, using high-quality asset data, CAFM systems, and lifecycle planning to inform investment decisions, optimise asset performance, and strengthen compliance.
You will establish robust governance, assurance, and risk management processes that enable the University to demonstrate compliance and respond effectively to changing legislation.
As a key member of the Estates and Facilities leadership team, you will shape long-term asset investment plans, modernise digital asset management, and drive a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Candidates will have significant experience in strategic asset management and statutory compliance within a complex property or estates environment, together with extensive knowledge of estates and facilities management.
