Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

You’ll play a key role ensuring our Repair and Maintenance WSP contract runs seamlessly, co-ordinating both planned and reactive work so every operative has a productive schedule and all jobs are attended within priority SLA. You’ll manage appointments, monitor real-time progress, and proactively route teams to maximise efficiency and minimise travel. You’ll keep stakeholders updated, complete daily system cleanses, and provide clear handovers at the end of your shift. With a hybrid working approach, you’ll help us deliver for our operational teams and exceed client expectations every day.
