Customer Service Advisor
Salary circa - £25,000 + (dependant on experience)
Full Time position,
Permanent Contract
Location: Thirsk, York or Boston Spa
Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch or 4 days per week 8:30 – 17:30 with 30min lunch

About the role:
What you'll be doing
- Ensuring clients receive professional service and support throughout their NFU Mutual journey.
- Identifying opportunities to provide additional solutions that meet clients' needs.
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
- Developing new business through referrals, networking and local market opportunities.
About you:
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a customer-facing sales/service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for building trusted relationships.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
