Manor Park Care Home
Rate of pay: Days: 13.95 per hour - Nights: 14.95per hour
Hours: 22 hours (2 shifts), 33 hours (3 shifts) or44 hours (4 shifts) per week available
Shift Pattern: 8am-8pm or 8pm-8am, days or nights contracts available

We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You'll Do
Support residents with personal care, mobility and daily living needs.
Assist with meals, hydration and daily routines.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Encourage independence and participation in activities.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and report any concerns.
Maintain accurate care records.
Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
For night roles, help ensure residents remain safe, comfortable and well-supported throughout the night.
About You
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
Compassionate, patient and genuinely motivated to help others.
Reliable, committed and a strong team player.
Confident supporting residents with dignity and respect.
Flexible to work 12-hour shifts, including alternate weekends.
Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
For night roles, a genuine night owl who thrives in a night-working environment and can remain alert and responsive throughout the night.
