Job Requirements/Description
The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the planning, delivery and evaluation of an evidence based, highly effective portfolio of resuscitation training courses consistent with standards set by the Resuscitation Council (UK)

The post holder will contribute to the resuscitation service delivery, demonstrating expertise in evidence based practice and reflecting developments in clinical research relating to resuscitation. They will provide clinical and technical support and advice to clinical teams during training, simulation and as part of the debrief process following a resuscitation event.

The post holders main duties will consist of training a diverse group of staff from multidisciplinary backgrounds

However as well as this as a member of the Resuscitation Team, you will also:

Support the development and review of resuscitation, deterioration practices to ensure they reflect current guidance and best practice.
Provide expert advice to clinical teams on resuscitation, emergency response, and deteriorating patient management.
Monitor training compliance and contribute to reports for committees and senior managers.
Support the management and quality assurance of emergency equipment, including resuscitation trolleys and associated systems.
Investigate incidents, identify learning opportunities, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in audits, Drills Spot checks, service development projects, and the delivery of organisational objectives.
