This community eye care provider delivers NHS and private services across the Tees Valley, working closely with local hospital eye departments. Its clinicians are supported by a central clinical lead and a strong referral pathway. The team has grown steadily for eight years, and its patients travel from across Teesside and North Yorkshire, so demand for appointments is steady.

The Position
You will work as a full time Optometrist from a modern clinic in Middlesbrough, seeing a mix of routine examinations, contact lens patients and urgent eye conditions. You will manage cases yourself, refer with confidence and see how your patients progress. A friendly dispensing and reception team keeps your diary running smoothly. This suits an experienced optometrist who enjoys clinical variety and wants a better work-life balance. The salary is £65,000-£70,000, depending on experience.
