Class 2 HGV Driver

Monday to Friday | 48 Hours per Week | 5:00am Start £38,887.68 per annum

We're currently recruiting for an HGV Driver to join our busy Transport operation.

As part of a dedicated logistics team, you'll play a key role in delivering essential healthcare products safely and efficiently while providing an excellent level of customer service.

This role would suit an experienced driver who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work and understands the importance of reliability and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

• Delivering products to customers across designated routes

• Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects

• Ensuring compliance with transport legislation and tachograph requirements

• Loading and checking deliveries before departure

• Managing customer collections and returns

• Maintaining vehicle standards and security

• Completing all related paperwork accurately

• Representing the business professionally at customer sites

We're looking for:

• A valid HGV licence

• Previous multi-drop driving experience

• Strong customer service skills

• Good communication abilities

• Route planning knowledge

• Strong attention to detail and safety standards

• Ability to work independently and use initiative
