This Senior Facilities Manager role is working with a growing organisation that are going through an exciting period of change and looking to strengthen their Facilities team. This role will be based out of their modern Leeds City centre office and you will be required to be on site at least 4 days a week.

Description

As Senior Facilities Manager you will:

• Oversee day-to-day facilities management operations.
• Monitor budgets and control costs within the department.
• Managing a well established team of 2.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and health and safety standards.
• Manage service contracts and liaise with external providers.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet organisational needs.
• Handle any facilities-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure the smooth running of facilities to support the organisation's goals.

Profile

A successful Senior Facilities Manager should have:

• Strong experience in facilities management.

Job Offer

• Daily rate of £340 to £375, dependent on the level of experience.
