We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident working with data and people. The ideal candidate will be proactive in solving problems and want to make a tangible contribution to the success of our performances. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in ticketing, audience development and the wider performing arts sector.
A working knowledge of Spektrix is desirable, along with experience of working within a team (as well as independently) and the ability to deliver great customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a positive problem-solving attitude, and will be comfortable working across multiple projects at one time.
Our Box Office team is dynamic and fast-paced, working closely with multiple departments across the company and beyond. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving ticket sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience across Opera North’s performances.
Contract type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £25,000
Holiday entitlement: 33 days inclusive of 8 statutory holidays, per annum
Pension: Opera North will automatically enroll you into the company pension scheme upon appointment and after 3 months’ service will contribute equivalent to 5.5% of your basic pay, should you meet the current legislative criteria. You will be required to make a personal contribution of 2.5% of your basic pay. We reserve the right to make future changes to our pension arrangements.
