About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a beautiful country estate hotel in Leeds.

Working alongside an experienced and creative Head Chef, you'll take responsibility for running your own section while producing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients. This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking to continue developing their skills within a supportive, professional kitchen that encourages creativity and progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Run your own kitchen section during preparation and service
• Prepare and cook dishes to consistently high standards
• Maintain excellent presentation and portion control
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times
• Manage mise en place and daily preparation
• Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
• Assist with stock control and minimise waste
• Work closely with the wider brigade to deliver smooth service
• Contribute ideas towards menu development and seasonal specials

What We're Looking For

• Minimum two years' experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Passion for fresh food and modern British cuisine
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Calm, professional approach during busy service periods
• High standards of food presentation and attention to detail
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food Hygiene qualification desirable
