As our Therapies service continues to grow, we are looking for experienced Speech and Language Therapists to join our associate network and support referrals across Yorkshire.

The Role

Working as an Associate Speech and Language Therapist, you will provide assessment and therapy for children and young people with a range of speech, language and communication needs.

Your work may include:

• Completing Speech and Language Therapy assessments
• Producing clear clinical reports and practical recommendations
• Providing therapy and intervention where appropriate
• Assessing receptive, expressive and social communication
• Developing strategies to support communication and independence
• Liaising with families, schools and other professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical records

About You

We are looking for experienced Speech and Language Therapists with a strong understanding of working with children and young people.

Relevant experience may include:

• Autism and ADHD
• Developmental Language Disorder
• Receptive and expressive language difficulties
• Speech sound difficulties
• Social communication needs
• Inference and verbal reasoning difficulties
• Complex communication needs
• Attention and engagement difficulties

You will be an autonomous clinician with strong communication skills and a commitment to person-centred, evidence-based and neuroaffirming practice.
