Hello, I am looking for a PA to support my mum throughout the week, either one PA to work across 7 mornings a week, or 2 PAs to share the hours – please state which hours you could commit to when applying, for example weekdays or weekends.
My mum has dementia & a visual impairment. The role requires supporting my mum to wake up in the morning & bring her a cup of tea, bathing her & emptying her commode. She needs some support with aspects of getting dressed, such as helping her put her top over her head, & putting her trousers to her feet, & she will do the rest. She also does her own hair. The PA will need to change her bed sheets. She can present with challenging behaviour, & the PA will need to be resilient & supportive.
