Salary up to £44,000 DOE + Bonus + Company Car
McCarthy & Stone is seeking an experienced Registered Care Manager to set up a new care and lifestyle service and lead a team of field-based staff across Leeds & Surrounding area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate care leader with strong operational and regulatory experience, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You'll play a key role in promoting the service we provide, whilst helping older people maintain their independence.

The Role
As Registered Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of domiciliary care services across multiple McCarthy & Stone developments in Leeds & Surrounding area.
Leading a team of Care & Lifestyle Assistants and Field Care Supervisors, you'll ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and personalised support that promotes independence and wellbeing.
