Can you lead large-scale transport operations across multiple sites while driving performance and compliance? We are looking for a Transport Regional General Manager to join our M&S sites in Bradford, Daventry andPeterborough. You will be providing strategic leadership across a portfolio of transport operations. This is a highly visible role where you'll work through established Transport Managers and leadership teams, ensuring consistent standards, operational excellence and legal compliance across the region.
As the senior transport lead, you'll act as a trusted customer partner, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement while safeguarding service, safety, compliance and commercial success. With responsibility for fleet strategy, governance and transport operations across multiple sites, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business and delivering long-term value for both GXO and our customer.
This is a full-time, permanent role, working predominately Monday to Friday, but flexibility is required.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £105,000.00 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
