Designate Role – willing to travel within 1 hour of your base store until assigned a permanent location.
Hours per Week: 39 hours

The Role
As a Store Manager Designate, you’ll travel between different stores in your area, supporting where you’re needed most. It’s a great way to meet new teams, build your skills, and enjoy plenty of variety in your day. You won’t be on the move forever though—this role is designed to help you grow, with the goal of moving into a permanent store and developing your career.

SWOT Analysis: If you successfully pass the telephone screening, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview with the Area Manager. As part of your preparation, you'll need to complete a SWOT analysis of the store you are applying to. You can do this at a time that works best for you before your interview.

The interview will be held in-store and will involve a detailed discussion about your experience and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also present your SWOT analysis, providing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your retail knowledge.
