Working closely with the Quality, Performance and Improvement Manager you will provide administrative, data collection and coordination support to the Quality Assurance Team. You will also support with quality assurance activity including reporting, audits, service reviews, accreditations, data quality and information governance.

About the role

• Support data collection, reporting and performance monitoring across the organisation.
• Analyse and present data through reports, dashboards and summaries.
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, issues and data quality concerns.
• Assist with audits, service reviews and accreditation activities.
• Maintain accurate records and support information governance processes.
• Contribute to service improvement through feedback analysis and project support.

Contract: Permanent
Location: York however, the role could be based in North Yorkshire, Barnsley or Sheffield - Hybrid Working
Hours: 37 hours per week
