£50,000 - £85,000 + 30% Bonus + £3,600 EOT Bonus

Accomplish Today is exclusively retained by a well-established and highly regarded financial services firm based in Beverley to appoint an experienced Employee Benefits Adviser.

This is a high-calibre opportunity to join a professional practice that advises corporate clients on workplace pensions, group risk and broader employee benefits solutions. The firm places strong emphasis on technical excellence, regulatory integrity and long-term client relationships.

The Opportunity

You will play a key role in delivering regulated advice and ongoing service to both new and existing corporate clients. Working to the highest professional and FCA standards, you will contribute directly to the continued growth of the Employee Benefits proposition while benefiting from full administrative support.

Principal responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality regulated advice to corporate clients
• Developing and presenting clear, compelling client propositions
• Achieving agreed new business objectives
• Conducting structured reviews in line with agreed service standards
• Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
• Presenting complex employee benefits solutions to both employers and employees with clarity and professionalism
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, product providers and internal stakeholders
• Maintaining ongoing professional competence, including CPD and IDD requirements

The Successful Candidate

We are seeking a confident and technically strong adviser who can demonstrate:

• A full Level 4 regulated diploma (DipPFS, DipFA or equivalent)
• A minimum of three years' experience delivering regulated financial advice
• Strong knowledge across Group Personal Pensions, Group Income Protection, Group Life (DIS), Private Medical Insurance and Auto Enrolment
• Experience of flexible benefits platforms would be advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with corporate decision-makers
• A highly organised, detail-oriented and client-focused approach
• Strong IT capability (particularly Word and Excel)
• A professional, proactive mindset with a genuine interest in contributing to business growth

Package

• Basic salary £50,000 - £85,000 depending on experience and qualifications
• 30% bonus opportunity
