We are looking an experienced Administrator to join our amazing Active Neuro service, Woodlands in York.

Active Neuro service Woodlands Neurological Rehabilitation Centre provides award-winning rehabilitation services for adults with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease.

What you'll be working:

The role operates on a 7-day-a-week rota, covering shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, including weekends and bank holidays as required. Flexibility is therefore essential, with staff working on a rota basis to ensure consistent administrative cover across the service.

~ 37.5hrs - Full time, Permanent

Salary - £26,084.54 per annum (pro rata)

What you'll have:

• To be enthusiastic and conscientious, diligent and to have a flexible approach, and "can do attitude"
• Strong communications skills - written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills and a proactive team player
• IT/ Microsoft office skills essential
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise and plan workload
• A highly organised and professional approach with attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive and engaging personality, with an energetic attitude
• Relevant experience within a customer facing environment
• Appointment will be subject to successful completion of an enhanced DBS check which the centre will cover the cost for.
• Attend any company training and complete mandatory eLearning
