Learner Enrolment Consultant (Apprenticeships)

Job Title: Learner Enrolment Consultant (Apprenticeships)

Location: Remote

Salary: £30,000 (pro rata) + bonus

Type: Full Time, 4-month FTC

Duties:

• Supporting both the Apprentice and Employer onboarding and enrolment process; ensuring a seamless, excellent onboarding experience is maintained.
• Supporting with the transitioning of learners throughout their learning journey, as well as ensuring that all paperwork is completed compliantly and maintained accurately.
• Check learner eligibility and funding compliance, including reviewing prior learning records and training history.
• To execute all administrative processes and systems, ensuring they are operated in an efficient manner and are quality/data protection and GDPR compliant.

Essential Criteria:

• Must have experience of working within a similar role within Apprenticeships/funded learning.
• Must have experience of working with MIS platforms, specifically Aptem.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Highly organised, with excellent communication skills.
