Quality Team Admin Support
DBS Level Required: Basic
We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Team Admin Support to join our Clinical Governance Quality Team at Lexicon House.
WORKING PATTERN
Wednesday and Thursday (15 hours)
Pay Rate £14.29 per hour
JOB PURPOSE:
To provide efficient administrative and clerical support to the team, helping manage complaints, significant events and related records effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to the Clinical Governance and Quality Team.
- Handle calls from patients, external agencies and colleagues.
- Log complaints and significant events on Datix.
- Support complaint, incident, audit and trend reporting.
- Liaise with PALS, advocacy services, NHS England, NHS111, professional bodies and the Ombudsman.
- Ensure consent and restricted access requirements are followed.
- Support evidence collation, investigations, SARs and LFPSE uploads.
- Take minutes, provide incident feedback and complete general admin duties.

- Qualifications

- Essential: Level 2 English & Maths (GCSE Grade C or equivalent).
- Desirable: Administrative qualification/experience in minutes taking.

- Essential: Experience of dealing with the public.
- Essential: Experience of handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Desirable: Experience of working with NHS complaints framework.
- Desirable: Working in a Healthcare Environment.
- Desirable: Working on Systm1 and Adastra.

- Essential: Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- Essential: Excellent telephone manner.
- Essential: IT skills Word and Excel.
- Essential: Analytical and investigation skills.
- Essential: Excellent letter writing skills.
- Essential: Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

- Essential: Able to prioritise and manage own workload/multitask.
- Desirable: Ability to deal with conflict.
- Desirable: Intermediate level of MS preferred.
- Desirable: Working well under pressure.
