Shift patterns: Rotating shift pattern, alternating every two weeks:

• Weeks 1 & 2: 05:30 - 13:30
• Weeks 3 & 4: 13:30 - 21:30

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Experience working in a transport office environment
• Previous experience managing or supervising people
• Strong IT and administrative skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A proactive approach with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
