Job Title: Branch Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of our branch and drive business growth. This role requires a strong leader who can manage staff, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure operational efficiency while meeting sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Monitor branch performance, analysing data to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated customer issues.
• Manage staffing, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a management or supervisory role (preferably in a branch, retail, banking, or service environment).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales or operational targets.
• Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• You must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.

Working Hours and Job Location

The working hours for this role are 39.00 hours a week.

Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am - 1.30pm and Sunday 10.00am – 2.00pm (every other Sunday)
