Maintenance Assistant – Griffon Forest (Part Time)

Location: Griffon Forest, North Yorkshire
Position: Part-Time Maintenance Assistant
Salary: £12.75 per hour
Hours: 12 hours per week (excluding breaks Mondays & Fridays)

The Role: We’re looking for a reliable, practical, and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to join our friendly team at Griffon Forest.

In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure our lodges and their surroundings are beautifully presented and ready to welcome guests. Working alongside our Maintenance Manager and wider maintenance team, you’ll play an important part in creating a fantastic first impression and delivering the high standards our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lodge Presentation: Prepare the exterior of our lodges for guest arrivals by cleaning outdoor furniture, decking areas, and BBQ spaces, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Grounds & Gardens: Help maintain our beautiful grounds, gardens, and decking areas, keeping them looking their very best throughout the year.
• Teamwork: Work closely with the maintenance team to complete daily tasks efficiently and contribute to the smooth running of the park.
• Attention to Detail: Take pride in maintaining the high standards that make Griffon Forest a special place for our guests to enjoy.
