Qualified Early Years Educators - East Riding (YO41)

We are very excited that two of our nurseries to the East of York in Wilberfoss (YO41 5ND) and Stamford Bridge (YO41 1AW) are growing each week with new children joining our nature-led settings.

We are now opening up opportunities to join our existing teams

• Qualified (Level 3 in Childcare) Early Years Educators
• Deputy Room Leaders
• Learning Lead

About the roles within Muddy Boots

You'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, nature-based learning experiences that inspire curiosity, confidence and independence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging learning activities, with a strong focus on outdoor play and exploration
• Observing, assessing and supporting children's individual learning journeys
• Acting as a key person and building strong, trusting relationships with families
• Creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment
• Working collaboratively as part of a positive, supportive team
• Taking responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children in your care

We're looking for someone who:

• Must have a Level 3 Early Years qualification on the DfE Early Years Qualifications List
• Has experience in an early years setting
• Shares our values and commitment to high-quality childcare
• Has a genuine passion for outdoor learning and child-led play
• Is positive, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a team

Experience in outdoor education is welcomed, but a willingness to learn and grow with us matters just as much.

Set on the outskirts of the village of Stamford Bridge, surrounded by beautiful Yorkshire countryside reflecting our hands-on, nature-led approach to early years care.

As this is a more rural setting, your own transport is highly recommended unless you already live locally. Our Stamford Bridge site also includes our Pioneers club, for out of school and holiday club provision for Muddy Boots and local families.

Set in the village of Wilberfoss, conveniently placed next to Wilberfoss C of E Primary School. This nursery one of our smaller settings, but still with plenty of outdoor space in the nursery gardens reflecting our hands-on, nature-led approach to early years care.

As with our Stamford Bridge setting, this is a rural location and having your own transport is recommended unless you live in the local area.
