Are you an experienced Bench Joiner with a background in bespoke joinery, looking for an exciting opportunity where you can take ownership of project costing from initial enquiry through to final account and progress to an Estimator?

Do you enjoy working closely with clients, architects and production teams to deliver accurate estimates while supporting the successful delivery of high-quality bespoke joinery projects?

The company are a well-established bespoke joinery and woodworking company with a reputation for delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a wide range of commercial and residential projects.

Combining traditional skills with modern manufacturing techniques, the company work closely with architects, designers and contractors to produce exceptional bespoke joinery solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Bench Joiner, with experience in costing the bill of materials, looking to step off into the tools and progress in a well-established manufacturer as an Estimator.

The Role:

• Prepare accurate estimates and quotations for bespoke joinery projects
• Interpret technical drawings, specifications and design information
• Calculate material quantities, labour requirements and manufacturing costs
• Assess machine shop, bench joinery, finishing and polishing hours
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers and project teams throughout the estimating process
• Monitor project variations and accurately record additional works

The Person:

• Experienced in completing the bill of materials and project costing
• Background in bespoke joinery or woodworking
