Summary
We're seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in the Leeds office. As the Senior Graphic Designer, you'll act as the creative lead, shaping and driving the visual identity of the organisation across every touchpoint. This role will be responsible for leading the development, evolution and delivery of graphic design function, ensuring all creative output reflects a consistent, innovative and industry leading brand presence. You'll champion high quality design standards, bringing fresh creative thinking, insight and strong visual storytelling to all projects. Also, you'll oversee the creation and delivery of impactful print and digital marketing materials, corporate branded resources, event collateral, presentations and work winning proposals, ensuring all communications are visually engaging, commercially effective and aligned with business objectives. Working collaboratively across the business, the role will drive creative excellence, enhance brand consistency and support key initiatives including campaigns, bids and stakeholder communications. You'll also provide leadership to the design team, managing workloads, supporting development and fostering a collaborative, high-performing creative environment.
