We are looking for compassionate and hardworking individuals who have a commitment to making a difference and making care matter. As a care and support worker, dignity, respect and kindness are paramount, supporting people to make personal choices that will enrich their lives.

We support people with a wide range of needs including neurodiversity, autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex needs. Supporting people with personal care is an integral part of the role, including use of equipment in a person-centred approach, for which training will be provided.

Our service is open 24/7, you will need to be flexible as shifts will include weekend working. You will be confident to work independently, as there will be a requirement for lone working.
