Are you passionate about supporting people facing homelessness and complex needs?

As a Team Leader, you'll lead and develop a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed support that empowers people to achieve independence. Working closely with the Service Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day service delivery, safeguarding, referrals, performance, and partnership working with housing, health, and social care agencies across Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader who thrives on developing others, building strong partnerships and making a real difference. You'll provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and guidance to your team, ensuring clients receive high-quality support tailored to their individual needs and strengths.

• Experience of supporting individuals with complex mental health issues

• The ability to demonstrate a creative, flexible and imaginative approach to working with people with mental health issues
