Sales Administrator – Mon – Fri 40 hours per week
Dunbia is one of Europe’s leading and respected suppliers of top-quality Beef and Lamb products for the national and international retail, commercial and food service markets and we are currently recruiting at our Carnaby site for a Sales Administrator reporting to the Commercial Cordinator.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking a career in sales administration, you will work as part of the Commercial Department providing administrative support to the team. On a daily basis this will cover a wide range of administrative tasks, in a fast-paced environment, which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Salary will be discussed at interviews and dependent on experience.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with Sales and Planning Teams to collate and plan order requirements.
- Entering all order information onto the weekly planner and Movex.
- Sending release notifications for product ordered from the Cold-Store and liaise with the logistics team to ensure delivery needs are met.
- Applying for health certificates for export.
- Raise purchase orders and receipt in goods/services received.
- Work with the Finance department to ensure the PO process is completed by the reporting deadlines.
- Booking Transport for sales orders.
- Preparing sales and haulage reports.
- Maintaining weekly KPI documents.
- Collaboratively work with Supply Chain departments, export hauliers, customers and agents, to ensure 100% service level and to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
- Prepare and present sales reports as necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience is essential, preferably within a sales commercial role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to liaise with multiple departments and external customers.
- Organized with excellent time management skills, capable of confidently working to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly proficient IT skills, in particular able to manipulate data in Excel, producing reports and analyzing date.
- Applicants must be educated to GCSE standard, including Maths and English.
- Must be able to provide Right to Work in the UK documentation.
- Driving License essential to the role as may be required to travel to other sites.
