About the role
The Progress Reviewer plays a key role in supporting apprentices to successfully complete their programmes and achieve their full potential. You will visit apprentices in their workplace every eight weeks to monitor and review their progress, identify any barriers to achievement, and implement appropriate interventions to help them stay on track. As part of the role, you will also conduct health, safety, and welfare checks to ensure apprentices are working in a safe and supportive environment.

This is a lone-working position that involves travelling to a variety of employer sites within the Health & Social Care sector, as well as conducting online review meetings with apprentices and employers. The role requires a full, clean driving licence, a willingness to travel regularly, and access to a vehicle.

About you
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated individual with excellent IT and administrative skills. You will be comfortable working independently, using your initiative while following established systems, processes, and procedures. Strong planning and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.

You will be a confident and professional communicator, capable of building positive relationships with apprentices, employers, and colleagues. A proactive approach, strong employer engagement skills, and a genuine commitment to supporting learner success are key to thriving in this role.
