We're looking for an experienced and values-led Director of Finance & Corporate Services to join our Senior Leadership Team.

This is a pivotal executive role, providing strategic leadership across finance, corporate services and organisational infrastructure. You'll help ensure we have the financial strength, systems, resources and resilience needed to achieve our ambitions and continue delivering high-quality services.

About the role:

Reporting to the CEO, you'll lead our finance function and oversee a broad portfolio that includes:

  • Corporate IT infrastructure and cyber security
  • Estates and property management
  • Procurement and insurance
  • Business continuity and organisational resilience
  • Corporate risk management and assurance

Working closely with colleagues, trustees and external partners, you will provide expert advice on financial sustainability, investment decisions, organisational risks and future opportunities. You'll play a key role in supporting our continued development and ensuring we remain financially strong, well-governed and ready for the future.

About you:

We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational leadership.

You will be:

  • A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent)
  • An experienced senior finance leader with a track record of organisational impact
  • Comfortable advising boards, trustees and executive leaders
  • Skilled in financial strategy, business planning and commercial decision-making
  • Experienced in leading corporate services, infrastructure or organisational support functions
  • A collaborative leader who develops people and builds strong relationships
  • Committed to our values and purpose

Why join us?

This is an opportunity to make a lasting contribution to an organisation that is improving lives and strengthening mental health support across Yorkshire and beyond.

In return, we offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements (part-time hours of 28+ will be considered)
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and up to 3 discretionary Christmas closure days
  • Pension scheme
  • A supportive and values-driven culture committed to wellbeing, inclusion and professional development
