Our client is a reputable property maintenance contractor delivering responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment works across residential properties in the Leeds region. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative (Bathrooms) to join their growing maintenance team.

Your new role

As a Multi Skilled Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance works across occupied and void properties.Your duties will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults
• Installing, repairing, and replacing taps, toilets, sinks, baths, and showers
• Carrying out pipework repairs and installations
• Resolving leaks and drainage issues
• Completing responsive maintenance and planned works
• Undertaking minor multi-trade tasks where required
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales
• Providing excellent customer service when working in occupied homes
• Maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous experience working as a plumber in a maintenance or repair environment
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Plumbing
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in occupied residential properties
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills
• A good understanding of health and safety requirements
• Full UK Driving Licence
