At 200 Degrees, we pride ourselves on building tight-knit teams that are passionate about serving great coffee to our customers. We’re now looking for a Barista to join one of these teams.

As a Barista you will be a warm and positive person who enjoys working with others as a team and giving great service to customers.

Why 200 Degrees?
200 Degrees is more than just a coffee shop – we roast over 300 tonnes of coffee a year in our state-of-the-art roast house in Nottingham which we send not only to our shops but also to our customers online and our 600+ wholesale customers from small independent cafes to university campuses and corporate offices. We also support the development of coffee education through our barista training schools.

As a Barista, you can be part of this – you’ll be joining a group of passionate people who care about you, your team, your customers, your community and our coffee. It’s hard work, but you’ll have lots of fun along the way, including team building with your team, supporting with other shops, there’s something for everyone.
