Job Requirements/Description
Supporting patients to return to a healthy normal life after a heart event is our job! Do you want to be an integral part of our small enthusiastic team of specialist nurses and allied health professionals helping these patients on their journey of recovery?

We are wanting to welcome a flexible, hard working colleague who can assist us in the everyday running , organisation and administration of the exercise component of our service. The team are in a period of positive change, reviewing our processes and growing our service with the aim of delivering an efficient, high quality cardiac rehab to as many patients as possible. Could you be the forward thinking person to help us on this journey?

This full time role will have the following key components:
Assisting in the cardiac rehab exercise classes. This will involve supporting the set up, cleaning and storing away of the exercise equipment. Supporting the team in managing risk and patient safety during the class. Organising the housekeeping and administration aspects of the class.
You will have the privilege of building rapport with the exercise group patients over their 6 week course, getting to know them, supporting and motivating them to achieve their individual goals.
Cardiac rehabilitation administration tasks including support in waiting list management and patient appointment bookings. Support in cardiac rehab helpline calls and communicating effectively to the team. Completing data inputting for audit. General administration tasks.
