Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing materials handling and receiving, and maintaining accurate stock levels within our warehouse. Your mechanical knowledge and experience with warehouse management systems will ensure smooth operations, supporting our mission to deliver innovative energy solutions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle materials with care, ensuring accurate picking, packing, stocking, and storage of products
• Operate forklifts and other mechanical equipment safely to load and unload shipments
• Manage receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound deliveries
• Utilise warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and update records
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Assist with stock replenishment and organise warehouse layout for optimal efficiency
• Support load & unload activities while adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or similar environment
• Strong skills in materials handling, picking & packing, and stock management
• Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred
• Mechanical knowledge beneficial for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems for inventory control
• Physical ability for heavy lifting and manual handling tasks
• Excellent attention to detail for quality control and accuracy in shipping & receiving tasks
