An established independent property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate level Building Surveyor into its Leeds office following continued growth and a planned senior retirement within the team.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an ambitious surveyor who wants more visibility, autonomy and influence than many larger corporate environments can offer.

You'll join a highly respected regional team working closely alongside recognised industry leaders while helping shape the future growth of the Leeds office.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering a broad range of project and professional Building Surveying instructions

• Managing client relationships across investor, developer and occupier portfolios

• Leading refurbishment and project delivery work

• Undertaking dilapidations, TDD and schedules of condition

• Advising clients on asset enhancement and development projects

• Supporting business growth and developing your own client network

Sector exposure

Projects span office, industrial and logistics, retail, leisure, healthcare, education, residential, student accommodation and mixed use developments across Yorkshire and the wider North.

What they're looking for

• MRICS qualified Building Surveyor

• Senior Surveyor or Associate level background

• Strong experience across both project and professional work

• Commercially aware and client facing

• Comfortable managing workload independently

• Experience within private sector consultancy environments

Salary & benefits

• £70,000 to £85,000 depending on experience
