Location: Lofthouse Grange & Lodge Care Home - 340 Leeds Road, Lofthouse, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF3 3QQ

Salary: £12.71 - £12.96 p er hour

Schedule/Hours – Full & Part Time Available - Days, 22-44hrs per week

As a Care Assistant at Lofthouse Grange & Lodge Care Home , you’ll be a vital part of our dedicated care team. You’ll support residents with their daily needs, always treating them with dignity, respect, and kindness. Your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• Supporting residents in meaningful activities, leisure outings, and appointments
• Serving meals and refreshments with warmth and courtesy
• Maintaining a clean, pleasant, and welcoming environment
• Observing and reporting changes in residents’ physical or emotional wellbeing
• Acting as a key worker for a group of residents, ensuring care is tailored to their individual preferences
Supporting new team members and contributing to a positive team culture

Located with easy links to Leeds and Wakefield, Lofthouse Grange & Lodge is a modern home specialising in the care of older people, with the Grange providing 24hr residential care for 31 residents, and the Lodge providing additional round the clock dementia care to 57 residents.
