Automotive Service Advisor

Full-time — 42.5 hours per week

£30,000–£34,000 OTE

We are looking for a professional, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our York dealership.

You will be the first point of contact for customers booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs and repairs. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and managing bookings

• At least 1 year experience within a service advisor/customer service role

• Keeping customers updated on their vehicle’s progress

• Liaising with the workshop team

• Organising courtesy cars

• Explaining completed work and invoices

• Promoting service plans and accessories

• Delivering outstanding customer service

You will have excellent communication, organisational and computer skills, along with a smart and professional manner. Experience as a Service Advisor or with Pinnacle DMS would be advantageous, but full training can be provided.

Applicants must hold a valid UK manual driving licence and live within commuting distance of the dealership.

Hours: Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday morning in four.
