We’re searching for a talented Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade at Cedar Court Hotel. This is an opportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional food and memorable dining experiences across our restaurant and events.

As Chef de Partie you will support the Kitchen Brigade with the following:

• Deliver Excellence: Supporting the daily operations to ensure exceptional food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
• Prioritise Quality and Safety: Maintain impeccable food safety standards and ensure a clean, organised kitchen environment.
• Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with our Guest Service Team to deliver a seamless dining experience for both restaurant and corporate guests.
• Plan for Impact: Support and help deliver high-volume events with a keen eye on exceeding expectations and maintaining standards.
• Bring the Fun: Engage an atmosphere of joy, enthusiasm, and pride in every dish and interaction.
