Monday - Friday: core office hours

Salary
This position is full time and you will receive a salary of £21,000 whilst gaining an apprenticeship qualficaition

Location
We have two roles avaliable:
West Yorkshire - Leeds Hub
South Yorkshire - Doncaster Hub

    What you'll be doing

    As our new Administrator/Receptionist, you will:

    • Be responsible for providing the first impression to those attending site. You will be a warm and welcoming presence, offering advice guidance and support as required
    • Deal with service users, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email in a professional and courteous manner
    • Use IT systems, clinical templates and data to ensure reporting is accurate.
    • Take responsibility for ordering and maintaining site stock, ensuring all items are available, well organised, and kept fully up to date
    • Escort visitors and contractors around the hub as and when required
    • You will also be responsible for liaison with a range of agencies, internally and externally

    Qualifications and skills required:

    • English grade 4 GCSE or equivalent level 2 qualification
    • Math grade 4 GCSE- desirable
    • Ability to prioritise workload
    • Willingness to work towards a level 2 Administration Assistant /Level 3 in Business Administration
    • Excellent communication skills
    • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
    • Good IT skills and IT literacy
    • Ability to work within a busy environment
