IT Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line)
LOCATION: YORK
HYBRID WORKING
SALARY - £32,000 + Bonus + Benefits

We're seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Analyst to provide 2nd Line support within a fast-paced IT environment. You'll act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, delivering excellent customer service while supporting users across multiple locations.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years' experience in a 2nd Line / Tier 2 Service Desk role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, Azure AD and Intune
• Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN)
• Experience working with ITSM tools and SLA-driven environments
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills
