As a Retail Supervisor at Welcome Break in Starbucks, you’ll play a key role in running a busy site, supporting your team day-to-day and helping deliver great experiences for every customer who walks through the door.

You’ll work alongside supportive managers, gain hands-on leadership experience, and build the skills you need to progress your career, all while working flexible hours that fit around your life.

This role could be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in retail or catering and are ready to step up (or already working as a Team Leader or Supervisor)
• Enjoy motivating others and leading by example on shift
