Digital and Technology Services - Contract Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Contract Manager to join our Digital and Technology Services Department.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital and Technology Services (DTS) team as a Contract Manager, playing a key role in ensuring the Combined Authority's technology suppliers and partners deliver high-quality, resilient and value-for-money services. You will lead the end-to-end management of technology contracts and supplier relationships, while also owning and developing the DTS Service Catalogue as the authoritative source of technology services, ensuring service definitions, ownership, support arrangements and service levels are accurately maintained and aligned to business needs. Working closely with colleagues across DTS, Technology, Commercial, Legal and Finance teams, you will drive service performance, governance and continual improvement, ensuring services are well-defined, effectively managed, aligned to business priorities and deliver an excellent user experience.

As part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, you will have the opportunity to shape how technology services are procured, governed and continuously improved across the organisation. You will lead supplier performance reviews, contract governance activities and service improvement initiatives, using data and insight to maximise value, mitigate risk and support strategic decision making. The role offers extensive stakeholder engagement and the opportunity to contribute to major digital and technology programmes that support the Combined Authority's ambitions for the region.
