School Catering Staff (Supply) - Wakefield

m2r Education is an approved supplier on the Government Commercial Agency (GCA) Supply Teachers & Education Recruitment Framework, and we are currently registering and onboarding School Catering Staff for supply work across schools in Wakefield and the surrounding areas, ensuring we have a strong pool ready to meet upcoming school requirements.

Whether you're an experienced catering professional, new to working in schools, returning to work, or simply looking for greater flexibility, we could have a range of opportunities to suit you, including Catering Assistants, Kitchen Assistants, Cooks and Midday Supervisors.

From day-to-day supply, short-term and long-term assignments, you have the flexibility to work around your availability and commitments.

Requirements:

• Experience in a catering or kitchen role, ideally within a school
• Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety and allergens
• Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate, or willingness to complete one
• Reliable, adaptable and a good team player
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
• Right to Work in the UK
