The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absence.
• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Maintain positive behaviour and classroom expectations.
• Ensure pupils remain engaged with learning.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff following each lesson.
• Follow school safeguarding procedures at all times.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience working with young people.
• Are confident leading groups of students.
• Possess excellent communication skills.
• Can build positive relationships quickly.
• Have an Enhanced DBS or are willing to obtain one.
