Project Manager

Are you an experienced project manager who enjoys turning strategy into delivery? TPT Retirement Solutions are looking for two Project Manager s to lead the successful delivery of key business projects across TPT's change portfolio, helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.

You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of business projects, overseeing planning, governance, reporting, budgets, resources and stakeholder engagement. Working with colleagues across the business, you'll ensure projects are delivered effectively, risks are managed and strategic objectives are achieved.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and resource requirements.
• Manage risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAIDs).
• Provide clear and engaging project reporting to stakeholders.
• Support effective governance and decision making.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practice across project delivery.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience:

• Significant experience delivering projects or programmes within financial services, pensions or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• A results-focused approach with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
• Strong governance, risk and project control experience.
• A proactive, resilient and adaptable mindset.
• An industry recognizable qualification would be desirable.
