Job Requirements/Description

Job Description

Help us find the people who change lives.

Every great academy starts with great people.

As one of the largest and most successful Multi-Academy Trusts in the North of England, we're looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and ambitious HR & Recruitment Team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in attracting talented colleagues who help thousands of young people thrive every day.

If you're highly organised, enjoy building relationships, love variety and take pride in delivering an excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.

Why join us?

No two days are the same.

One minute you'll be supporting an academy to advertise a teaching vacancy, the next you'll be coordinating interviews, carrying out pre-employment checks or welcoming a new starter to the Trust.

You'll be part of a supportive team that works with 64 academies across Yorkshire, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire and the Humber, helping leaders recruit exceptional people into roles that make a real difference.

Whether you're already working in recruitment or looking to build a career in HR and people services, this role offers excellent experience, development opportunities and exposure to a wide range of recruitment activity.

What you'll be doing

? Being the first point of contact for recruitment enquiries from applicants, academies and colleagues.

? Managing our recruitment inbox and supporting candidates throughout their recruitment journey.

? Creating and advertising vacancies through our recruitment system.

? Coordinating interviews and assessment activities.

? Producing contracts and new starter documentation.

? Completing pre-employment checks and supporting safer recruitment processes.

? Maintaining accurate recruitment records and ensuring our systems are up to date.

? Supporting recruitment training and continuous improvement projects across the Trust.

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who:

  • Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Has excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Pays attention to the small details that make a big difference.
  • Is confident communicating with a wide range of people.
  • Takes pride in delivering a high-quality service.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
  • Has experience in an administrative environment (recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential).

Our Head Office offers:
