Elevation Tech & Transformation are exclusively recruiting a Full Stack Developer with commercial Node.js experience to join a growing internal technology team supporting multiple UK businesses.

This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody early in their development career who wants real exposure to projects, systems and modern development practices in a supportive environment where they can continue to learn and progress.

You'll join a close-knit IT team and work alongside an experienced developer on a variety of internal applications, integrations and business-critical systems across a large multi-company organisation.

Unlike larger tech environments where roles can become siloed, this position offers genuine breadth of exposure and the opportunity to get involved in projects from day one.

You'll be involved in:

• Developing and maintaining internal web applications using Node.js and React.js
• Supporting ongoing ERP and systems transformation projects
• Building integrations between business systems and applications
• Working with databases and writing SQL queries
• Collaborating closely with the wider IT and business teams
• Contributing ideas and improvements across development projects

• Commercial experience with Node.js
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React.js
• Experience building and maintaining web applications
• Understanding of APIs and backend development principles

• SQL / T-SQL / MySQL
• Tailwind CSS
• REST APIs
• Git version control

• Redis
• SOAP services
• Exposure to cloud or containerised environments
