We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Workspaces Lead (Maternity Cover) to join our Safety, Health, Assurance and Workspaces team at South Yorkshire Housing Association, based within the Sheffield City Centre.
The role is an important part of the head office day-to-day operations delivering maintenance, services, and management of the Workspaces Team. We're looking for someone with experience within facilities and thrives to continuously improve the quality of compliances and safety regulations providing the best environment for all our people to work.

Reporting to the Head of Compliance and H&S, this role will lead and manage the Safety, Health, Assurance and Workspaces Team. This role includes line management responsibilities for the Safety, Health, Assurance and Workspaces Assistant and Welcome Point (Reception) Administrator, ensuring the effective delivery of hard and soft services and front-of-house operations within the head office.

Who you are:
We are looking for someone who demonstrates excellent people skills, the confidence to take ownership, and the ability to build strong relationships across teams, the wider organisation, and our tenants. Ideally, you will have experience in facilities management, a good understanding of health and safety requirements, and previous people management experience.
